Capital Pacific

A highly interactive, forward leaning design for a Commercial real estate firm operating across the West Coast and Northwest. The app features large type, strong imagery, fluid sizings, and a smart use of color. To craft a unique and engaging home experience, I build a custom butter-smooth, scroll-triggered, animation that scales a series of scenes in and out of viewport with a text slice effect.
